Kimberly Kayatta is a long-time litigator with over a decade of experience. She built her career handling complex and catastrophic personal injury claims as an insurance defense attorney, during which time she served as second chair on five jury trials. No stranger to the courtroom, Kimberly has never hesitated to fight for her clients. She has been successfully upheld on appeal on several occasions.

As a young woman, Kimberly attended the University of Notre Dame Law School as a single mother and that experience motivated her to direct her efforts into representing injured individuals. She not only brings with her years of experience from her time as an insurance defense attorney, but also her compassion and zeal for her clients.

Kimberly has since remarried and is a proud mom of three. She has lived in nine different states and loves the perspective she has gained from seeing so much of this country. In her free time, she enjoys gourmet cooking and travel.
